Policies and Guidelines

Arrival

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time with no makeup on the area you are receiving treatment. Time spent removing makeup is time away from your treatment. If you arrive late, it may not be possible to extend your appointment time. If your appointment is shortened due to late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of treatment.

Cancel, No-Shows & Rescheduling

We ask that you respect out scheduling policies as we do value your business. 24 hours minimum notice must be given to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If it is a necessity that you must cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. If you are a no-show to your appointment, you will be charged the full price of treatment booked. This is to compensate the business and your service provider. Your service provider reserves their time and treatment room for your appointment. This fee is charged regardless of circumstances, including cancellation due to covid. 

Touch Ups

You are able to receive a free touchup if you are unhappy with the result of your treatment. The touch up MUST be within 3 days of your treatment. Any touch ups done after the 3 day period will be charged a fee. Touch ups are ONLY done on work from this establishment. No foreign work. For lash extensions: We do not honor touch ups if you have applied mascara to your lashes or any type of strip lashes or clusters on top of your extensions. 

If you are late or no show to your touch up appointment, you forfeit your free touch up and will not be rescheduled.

Refunds

The treatment cost is for the time and expertise of your beautician as well as products used to complete your treatment. Therefore, no refunds will be given for any reason including an allergic reaction. Refunds will not be given for any products purchased.

Treatments

We only use our implements and products. For your safety we can not use any products or implements that you bring in. We guarantee that our non-disposable implements are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected and disposable items are disposed of after each client. 

Foreign Work - Lash extensions only

We do not accept foreign lash infills, as we do not know what products/procedures were used and there could be risk of irritation or messy work due to their lash products being a different thickness/make as ours. We appreciate your understanding and recommend to book in for a lash removal and a new full set if you have foreign lashes on.

Pets

Please do not bring any pets to your appointment. Service animals will be the only animals aloud into your appointment. 

Unsolicited Behavior

Any sexual or unethical behavior is NOT tolerated and will result in non-completion of your service and may be reported to authorities. You will be charged 100%  of your treatment cost. We reserve the right to discontinue service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate or disrespectful behavior. 

Payment

Bank transfer or cash is acceptable. We are currently working on getting other means of payment like EFTPOS. This will be available soon.

Guests

Guests and children are not aloud to attend your appointment. However, if you have children whom can not be looked after by someone else, please discuss this with your beautician. 

Consent Forms

Please note that even though you may have read our policies online, you may also be asked to read them again and sign that you agree before your appointment via a link your beautician will provide to you. This will be separate from the form you have filled out when booking.
